Qatar Airways among few others now is requiring economy class passengers to wear face shields in addition to face coverings aboard aircraft. All passengers will have to wear a face shield while boarding and disembarking. Passengers in the business class are asked to wear face shields at their own discretion since they have more space in their seating. Passengers with economy seating are required to wear face shields throughout the flights except when drinking or eating. Qatar is expanding its network this month to more than 430 weekly flights to more than 65 destinations. On Wednesday, it restarted services to 11 destinations, including Los Angeles, Washington, D.C, and Boston.
